Liability Limitations: In no event will KRS Digital Media Marketing, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

6. User Behavior: You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information.

7. User Account Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Copyright Rules: All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of KRS Digital Media Marketing or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

9. Miscellaneous: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KRS Digital Media Marketing regarding the use of the Service. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope and Intent This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services rendered by KRS Digital Media Marketing Agency. The terms set forth in this policy are binding; by engaging our services, you agree to this policy in its entirety.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are strictly limited to the following conditions and are calculated based on the price of the contracted service:

Services Incomplete: If the service has not been completed and the client opts to terminate the agreement, the client is eligible to request a refund of up to 50% of the total service fee paid. This is contingent upon such a request being made prior to the completion of 50% of the scheduled service delivery as per the agreement.
Services Partially Satisfactory: If the service has been partially completed to the dissatisfaction of the client, and if such dissatisfaction is communicated and substantiated to KRS Digital Media Marketing Agency, the client is eligible to request a refund of up to 33.3% of the total service fee paid. This refund is applicable only if more than 50% of the service has been rendered but less than 100%.

3. Conditions for Refund Consideration

A refund must be requested in writing within 15 days of the service delivery date or the date of termination of the service agreement, whichever is applicable.
The request must include detailed reasons for dissatisfaction and, where possible, documented examples of how the service did not meet agreed-upon specifications or expectations.
KRS Digital Media Marketing reserves the right to validate the claimed dissatisfaction and to attempt rectification prior to the issuance of any refund.

4. Refund Process

Upon receipt of a refund request, KRS Digital Media Marketing will evaluate the claim within 30 days and communicate the decision regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 60 days of approval.

5. Limitation of Refunds

No refunds will be issued for services fully rendered to the satisfaction of both parties as per the contractual agreement.
No complete refunds are available under any circumstances once the service engagement has commenced.
